The Opportunity
Working as part of a highly skilled engineering team, you'll develop and support modern platforms using automation, cloud technologies and Infrastructure-as-Code. You'll play a key role in creating scalable, secure environments, improving deployment pipelines, and embedding security throughout the software delivery life cycle. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies on projects where reliability, innovation and security are paramount.
What You'll Bring
- Strong software engineering experience using languages such as Java, Python or C#
- Hands-on experience with modern DevOps tooling, including CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitLab
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of containerisation technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving engineering environment
- Active UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance is essential
Desirable Experience
- Background in Platform Engineering, DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
- Experience implementing secure-by-design or DevSecOps practices
- Previous work within defence, national security, government or other highly regulated environments
