We are looking for a Bid Writer who will be responsible for liaising with our customers to capture and understand their requirements. Working collaboratively with Flint sales teams and subject matter experts to create proposals and business cases to secure new business opportunities that are aligned with Flint's strengths and capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Work with all relevant stakeholders to develop a bid response approach
- Capture all effort and costs required to deliver bid objectives
- Produce clear and comprehensive business cases for all bids
- Develop customer proposals that are clear, well structured, persuasive and effectively communicate our value proposition
- Review, proof-read, edit and format bid documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Coordinate the bid development and bid approval process, ensuring deadlines are met
- Develop reusable content libraries and templates to improve efficiency
- Review and analyse bid outcomes to identify areas for improvement
Experience
- Previous experience supporting a sales team in a bid writing capacity
- Experience of telecoms, software applications and related technologies
- Experience producing people/professional-service related proposals in telecom/tech sectors
