Join to apply for the Programme Controller role at Flint Technology Services . This role supports the Systems Integration and Assurance function. The successful candidate will report directly to the System Integration Lead, supporting both integration and assurance workstreams, programme managers, project managers, PMO, and central teams to provide an accurate high-level view of all activities within the function. The controller will assist System Integration workstream managers in driving performance, compliance, and maintaining a consistent view across governance and reporting. Key Responsibilities Include Support System Integration workstreams to ensure governance adherence, reporting, finance, gating, product artefacts, etc., and liaise with the System Integration Lead on wider programme reporting. Collaborate with the PMO to ensure a consistent approach to RAID, supporting project managers in updating and reporting risks and issues. Facilitate weekly reviews with the System Integration Lead and team, recording and maintaining action logs. Organise regular meetings to review resourcing, budgets, and time bookings, highlighting and escalating concerns. Manage SharePoint site, contact lists, org charts, and project files. Perform ad hoc administrative duties. Key Skills and Attributes Experience in governance. Strong planning and organisational skills. Effective communication and attention to detail, with the ability to summarise. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams. Proactive initiative-taking ability. Nice to Have Experience Management of SharePoint and supporting systems. Project management experience. Experience with Jira.
