Flint is looking for a Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) Engineer to support the development, integration, and validation of the next-generation MODMAN and antenna system.
Responsibilities
- Independently execute assigned test, integration, and troubleshooting activities with limited guidance.
- Coordinate directly with other stakeholders to investigate, track, and resolve system issues identified by the SI&T team.
- Plan, conduct, and document test activities supporting system integration and network certification efforts.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and drive technical issues to resolution through structured engineering processes.
- Provide regular status updates and coordinate findings with the broader SI&T team.
Qualifications
- Extensive test engineering experience in complex communications or satellite systems.
- Demonstrated ability to perform root-cause analysis and resolve system integration issues.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively engage with external partners and geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience working independently in a remote or distributed engineering environment.
Availability
- Support during European/Israeli business hours.
- Availability to work Sundays, as required, to support troubleshooting, testing, and integration activities.
Travel
- Limited travel overall.
- Occasional travel to Israel to support test events and integration activities.
- Periodic travel to client facilities in the US to collaborate with the team and gain familiarity with the system under test.
