We are seeking an accomplished Programme Delivery Manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector to lead complex, high-impact programmes where scope and requirements may initially be unclear. The successful candidate will be outcome-driven, capable of bringing structure to ambiguity, and experienced in delivering results through strong governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of telecoms programmes, managing evolving scope, priorities, and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain complex Matrix plans across multiple workstreams, teams, and suppliers.
- Build, lead, and motivate high-performing Matrix teams to achieve programme objectives.
- Establish and enforce robust programme governance, including risk, issue, change, and benefits management.
- Communicate complex plans, progress, and decisions in a clear and simple manner suitable for senior leadership.
- Engage confidently with internal and external directors, providing assurance, updates, and decision support.
- Ensure programme delivery aligns with strategic objectives and drives measurable outcomes.
