Role Purpose
Provide planning, deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting support for Huawei Radio Access Network (RAN) systems to ensure high network performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, integrate, and commission Huawei RAN equipment (2G/3G/4G/5G).
- Perform KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and network optimization.
- Troubleshoot RAN faults and coordinate field issue resolution.
- Support network upgrades, expansions, and parameter tuning.
- Produce technical documentation and performance reports.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Huawei RAN platforms (NodeB, eNodeB, gNodeB).
- Knowledge of RF principles, LTE/5G parameters, and optimisation tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, scripting (basic), and analytical skills.
- Degree in Telecommunications/Electronics or equivalent experience.
