We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager with a strong background in telecommunications to lead the delivery of complex, multi-workstream programmes across network, technology, and operational domains. The successful candidate will oversee programme planning, governance, stakeholder management, and execution to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.

This role requires deep knowledge of telecoms environments, including network infrastructure, transformation programmes, vendor management, and cross‑functional delivery teams.

Required Skills and Experience
  • 8–12+ years of experience in programme or project management within telecoms
  • Proven experience managing large, complex telecom programmes
  • Strong understanding of telecom network technologies and operations
  • Experience managing cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience with programme governance and delivery frameworks (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors and third‑party partners

Location: Bristol or London/Remote. Three days onsite and two from home.

Country: UK

Rate: £550/day Inside IR35
