Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex Matrix plans across multiple workstreams, teams, and suppliers.
  • Build, lead, and motivate high-performing Matrix teams to achieve programme objectives.
  • Establish and enforce robust programme governance, including risk, issue, change, and benefits management.
  • Communicate complex plans, progress, and decisions in a clear and simple manner suitable for senior leadership.
  • Engage confidently with internal and external directors, providing assurance, updates, and decision support.
  • Ensure programme delivery aligns with strategic objectives and drives measurable outcomes.
