The role We require an energetic, ideas driven individual to be our Marketing Executive to support our Head of Marketing in the day to day running of the marketing department . In this role you will have the opportunity to influence and deliver on the firms marketing strategy. Providing vital support to the organisation and working across all areas of the marketing mix , you\’ll be involved in a wide variety of projects and activities . You\’ll have outstanding attention to detail, strong initiative and the level head necessary to work under pressure . Key duties: To provide day to day assistance in executing marketing activities; email, social media and content management of the website Assist with the planning and coordination of company events Assist with the management and administration of the CRM system (HubSpot) Assist in maintaining brand standards across the business Support the Head of Marketing in reporting and analysis of marketing activity Monitor and analyse market trends Ad hoc marketing admin duties Help with internal communication to ensure all company functions are kept inform ed of marketing activities Experience: Educated to degree level or equivalent Basic appreciation of core marketing techniques The creativity and confidence to introduce new ideas Some experience of digital marketing a plus Experience of working in the B2B space a plus Highly organised with ability to manage time effectively Ability to work alone and as an integral part of a team Good English skills Attention to detail critical Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken Ideally you will have a broad k nowledge / interest for the world of policy and politics and our general area of business This Marketing Executive role represents an excellent career development opportunity with an expanding/progressive company.
