The Role
We are seeking an energetic, ideas-driven and analytically minded Marketing Executive to join our small but dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely alongside another Marketing Executive, collaborating on the day-to-day delivery of the firm's marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role within a close-knit team, where collaboration, shared ownership and mutual support are central to success. You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, take responsibility for projects and develop across the full marketing mix from digital campaigns and events to reporting and performance analysis.
You will combine creativity with strong analytical skills, using data and insights to inform decisions, measure impact and continually improve performance. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong initiative and the ability to remain calm and organised under pressure. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing consultancy at a pivotal stage in its development.
Key duties:
- To provide day to day assistance in executing marketing activities; email, social media and content management of the website
- Assist with the planning and coordination of company events
- Assist with the management and administration of the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Assist in maintaining brand standards across the business
- Produce regular reporting on marketing performance, analysing campaign effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement
- Support the Head of Marketing in reporting and analysis of marketing activity
- Monitor and analyse market trends
- Ad hoc marketing admin duties
- Help with internal communication to ensure all company functions are kept informed of marketing activities
Experience:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into action
- Basic appreciation of core marketing techniques
- The creativity and confidence to introduce new ideas
- Some experience of digital marketing a plus
- Experience of working in the B2B space a plus
- Highly organised with ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work alone and as an integral part of a team
- Good English skills
- Attention to detail critical
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ideally you will have a broad knowledge/interest for the world of policy and politics and our general area of business
