Description The Solicitor will manage and assist with a caseload of finance dispute resolution matters, working under the supervision of senior members of the team. The role involves advising clients on a range of contentious issues affecting financial institutions, including regulatory considerations, and supporting the delivery of legal services in accordance with client requirements and firm standards. Department: Finance Dispute Resolution Location: Leeds – full‑time 37.5 hours per week. The Solicitor reports to the Partner and Joint Head of Finance Dispute Resolution and works closely with colleagues across the department to support effective progression and management of client matters. Key Responsibilities Progressing own caseload of matters which include dealing with all aspects of secured and unsecured debt recovery, with a focus on complex residential property possession proceedings. Drafting of claim forms and all associated documentation, including Applications, witness evidence, Defences, Replies, and saving of documentation on Case/File Management System.
