The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

Working alongside our Facilities team and reporting on a day-to-day basis to the Facilities & Coordinator, this role is responsible for completing the full range of cleaning tasks required to keep our offices clean and orderly.

The role is onsite at our Derby office Monday to Friday from 4pm to 8pm, totaling 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and stock all office areas, including dusting, vacuuming, surface cleansing, bathroom cleaning, touch points, and refuse duties.
  • Check stock levels of all cleaning products regularly and report order requirements to the Facilities & Office Services Manager.
  • Carry out deep cleaning tasks when required.
  • Cooperate with all staff and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Follow all health & safety regulations and internal risk assessments.
  • Maintain ISO 14001 environmental standards through correct refuse disposal.
  • Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as instructed by the Facilities & Office Services Manager.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for large meetings and company events, including pre-event setup support and post-event cleaning as required.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate additional cleaning requirements that may arise outside the normal routine.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
  • Previous experience in an office cleaning role.
  • Hardworking and a good team player.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidentiality.
