As a Legal Recoveries Specialist in our debt recovery department, you will play a vital role by providing compassionate and effective support to our customers.

Location: Derby, UK
Contract: Full time (36.25 hours) or Part time (minimum 25 hours)
Hours: Mon‑Fri 09:00 – 17:15 (flexibility may be required depending on client workloads)
Office: Pride Park, Derby
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers over the phone, understand their unique situations, and offer tailored solutions.
- Debt Resolution: Work toward key performance indicators, set up payment plans, and navigate litigation processes when necessary.
- Empathy and Support: Approach each interaction with empathy, provide guidance and support, and help customers achieve fair outcomes. You will receive training to handle all calls.
