MISSION
FlightStory scales creator-led media brands that help people pursue more fulfilling lives. To keep growing at that pace, we need exceptional people, and you'll be the one finding them. As our Talent Acquisition Resourcer, you'll sit at the centre of our hiring engine, building the pipelines that power our next chapter across the UK and Los Angeles. Please note, this is a 6 month FTC.
KEY OUTCOMES
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand role requirements and support a positive candidate journey
- Increase the number of active candidates in process on high-priority roles
- Develop market insight through competitor analysis, data and industry engagement
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the sourcing phase, keeping communication clear and timely
- Build a living talent pipeline across the UK and LA markets

IDEAL BACKGROUND
- Around 12–18 months of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, in-house or agency-side, media or creative industry exposure is a real advantage
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to find and engage passive candidates
- Familiar with ATS or candidate management systems, and disciplined about keeping data clean
- Comfortable handling volume without losing quality, you can run multiple roles simultaneously and still give each candidate a great experience
