As our Talent Acquisition Resourcer, you'll sit at the centre of our hiring engine, building the pipelines that power our next chapter across the UK and Los Angeles.
KEY OUTCOMES
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand role requirements and support a positive candidate journey
- Increase the number of active candidates in process on high-priority roles
- Develop market insight through competitor analysis, data and industry engagement
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the sourcing phase, keeping communication clear and timely
- Build a living talent pipeline across the UK and LA markets

IDEAL BACKGROUND
- Around 12–18 months of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, in-house or agency-side, media or creative industry exposure is a real advantage
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to find and engage passive candidates
- Familiar with ATS or candidate management systems, and disciplined about keeping data clean
- Comfortable handling volume without losing quality, you can run multiple roles simultaneously and still give each candidate a great experience
