Flight Story is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead who treats hiring as a craft, not admin.

You’ll source top talent, build relationships early, and bring a calibre of candidate to the business that rivals much larger firms.

Day to day, you will own end-to-end recruitment across the business, with a particular focus on marketing and media roles.

You’ll bring an AI-first approach to sourcing and engage exceptional candidates while maintaining pristine ATS/CRM data.
