To create high-impact, audience-driven short-form content that fuels our shows growth across our social platforms. You will be working across The Diary of a CEO, the fastest growing podcast in the world, editing teasers, clips, and shorts that maximise retention, engagement, and reach, ensuring the show’s presence remains dominant across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.

OUTCOMES

  • Short-form storytelling mastery: Edit video clips, teasers, and shorts that captivate audiences within seconds, driving virality and retention.

DAY TO DAY

  • Edit compelling short-form content from our shows long-form episodes, ensuring clips are engaging and algorithm-optimised.
  • Work with the editorial and brand team to identify high-performing moments and craft them into must-watch clips.
  • Enhance content with subtitles, captions, and motion graphics to improve accessibility and engagement.
  • Adapt editing style based on performance insights, constantly iterating for maximum impact.
  • Ensure all content maintains the highest production quality and adheres to the brand’s distinctive style.
  • Stay ahead of trends in short-form content, experimenting with new formats, transitions, and storytelling techniques.
  • Collaborate closely across all stakeholders in the team to execute a seamless content strategy.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
A passion for social storytelling, human psychology, social media trends, data performance and attention-grabbing content. Experience editing viral social clips with a proven track record of driving engagement. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment where agility, urgency and precision are essential.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • Screening Process: Our screening process is designed to assess candidates in a fair way. This gives you an opportunity to share your skill, experience and passion.
