ABOUT FLIGHTSTORY

We are a media and investment company, and we are on a mission to elevate the stories, build the communities, and support the founders that inspire a happier, healthier humanity. We scale creator-led media, ventures and communities.

MISSION

We are seeking a proactive, detail obsessed and highly organised Global Partner Executive to join our commercial Brand Partnerships team across a rapid period of growth. You will be responsible for owning the end to end campaign delivery across our 360° integrated partnerships spanning podcast formats, branded content, social media and speaking engagements. Reporting into the Head of Global Partner Management, you will work alongside the Partnerships Directors and in close collaboration with our creative, content and production teams. The successful candidate will be an individual who defaults to believing all problems are solvable and resourceful enough to find solutions using their own initiative. This is a very unique opportunity to gain exposure to one of the world's leading media platforms and accelerate your learning and development in a team of passionate, curious and data-driven experts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Media Planning: Understanding and implementing our partner's strategic media plans with solid understanding of accurate costings and details across the full suite of partnership formats.
  • Kick Off Calls & Production Timelines: Lead partnership kick off calls, taking all client stakeholders through our detailed production process by format, briefing forms, creative best practices and detailed project management and production timelines.
  • Campaign Management: Manage the successful and timely end-to-end execution of all brand partnerships spanning podcast sponsorship, audio ads, branded content, social assets and/or speaking engagements.
  • Reporting & Measurement: Track and analyse partnership performance across all channels, providing weekly reports and recommendations for improvement, including comprehensive post campaign analysis in virtual and IRL client presentations.
  • Client Relationships: Manage and optimise (post sale) client relationships through the facilitation of regular status calls, detailed project management timelines and ensuring higher-value renewals through exceptional campaign execution and reporting.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with all cross functional teams to ensure a frictionless experience where all stakeholders are adequately briefed and prepared for all deadlines and deliverables.
  • Internal Process & Collateral: Contribute to evolving internal processes, driving efficiencies and automation by championing new systems and platforms. Contribute to case study builds, leveraging learnings and insights from the post analysis process to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Administration & Organisation: Ensure all brand partnerships and campaigns are clearly and efficiently documented and organised across internal drives and platforms, keeping all relevant areas up to date for clear 'baton passing' and demonstration of campaign progress.
  • Measure Impact: Measure impact by monitoring asset performance and sharing learnings with the wider team, fostering a culture of continuous experimentation and improvement across partnership management and delivery.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Account or campaign management experience, preferably in the media and advertising industry.
  • Experience working with 360° talent/influencer-led partnerships.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet all deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing major brand partnerships through exceptional campaign management with multiple industry references.
  • Strong understanding of campaign specific and long term marketing campaigns.
  • Generalist creative skills: the ability to interpret client briefs and provide creative direction for internal teams alongside a critical layer of 'quality control' across all asset production.
  • A do-er; solutions focused and resourceful enough to find solutions using your own initiative.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A natural collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally and foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Self-driven and capable of independently advancing projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Genuine passion for exceptional client service and creative brand partnerships.
  • Experience working in Google suite of products (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.) and Keynote.
  • Willingness to attend production shoots with talent and client, where required.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in a rapid start up environment.
  • Social native - deep knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Experience with the Megaphone and YouTube platforms.
  • Experience interpreting brand uplift studies and pixel based attribution reports.

  • Understanding the different buyer needs across direct response vs brand budgets.
  • Experience structuring talent fees and content usage rights.
