- Collaborative Energy – You work well with producers, editors, and brand teams to amplify the story beyond the episode.
- Podcast-Obsessed – You understand the nuance of audio-first storytelling and have a strong POV on what great podcast content looks like on social.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has exceptional short-form instincts – able to turn long-form podcast moments into platform-native, scroll-stopping content that drives reach, conversation, and fandom.
- Moves fast and thinks in systems – building repeatable formats, experimenting relentlessly, and using AI to scale quality and output without losing taste or brand consistency.
