YOUR MISSION

Own the day-to-day management of FlightStory’s indirect revenue social channels: Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok and Shorts to drive audience growth and maximise revenue opportunities for our Shows and Creators. You will work under the Director of Media Growth to develop and execute strategies that expand our shows and creators reach, increase engagement, and optimize content performance for monetization.

DAY TO DAY

  • Grow show & creators audience size and engagement across Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, aligning with revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute content strategies that drive views, retention, and monetisation opportunities.
  • Optimise performance using analytics, trends, and platform insights to inform decisions.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Deep understanding of social media growth strategies, particularly on YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent content judgment—knowing what will resonate, engage, and convert.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You live and breathe social media, always ahead of the trends and platform updates. You have experience managing social channels in a fast-paced environment and know how to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making. You’re proactive, organised, and have a track record of growing audiences and monetising content. You have a proven track record running and growing these monetised platforms.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within 6-12 months, you will have significantly increased audience size and engagement rates across our key platforms, optimised our content strategy for revenue generation, and developed a scalable system for consistent growth. You’ll be a key player in turning our social channels into high-performing revenue streams.
