YOUR MISSION: To create high-impact, audience-driven short-form content that fuels our shows growth across our social platforms. You will be working across The Diary of a CEO, the fastest growing podcast in the world, editing teasers, clips, and shorts that maximise retention, engagement, and reach, ensuring the show’s presence remains dominant across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.
OUTCOMES:
- Short-form storytelling mastery: Edit video clips, teasers, and shorts that captivate audiences within seconds, driving virality and retention.
- Performance-driven editing: Ensure every edit aligns with data insights, optimising for watch time, shareability, and algorithm performance.

- Adapt editing style based on performance insights, constantly iterating for maximum impact.
- Ensure all content maintains the highest production quality and adheres to the brand’s distinctive style.
