MISSION

To lead the operational and production excellence of the Founder Storytelling Team scaling the global storytelling around Steven Bartlett - this role in the team is focussed on delivering world‐class execution, pace and consistency daily. You'll be the operational engine behind the Founders creative vision ensuring the people, processes and logistics in the Founder Storytelling team deliver against an ambitious, fast‐moving content calendar.

OUTCOMES

  • World-Class Delivery Across All Founder Channels
    • Ensure flawless execution across Behind The Diary, the Founders social platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and branded global content shoots
    • Build efficient workflows and repeatable systems to scale content production without compromising quality
  • Operational Ownership of Founder Storytelling Team
    • Be the day‐to‐day ops leader for The Founder Storytelling team
    • Own team logistics, scheduling, communication protocols, budget adherence and international coordination
    • Own all travel and accommodation planning across the team, aligning tightly with the Founders private office and FlightStory teams
  • Production Infrastructure at Global Scale
    • Design and lead operational setup for international recordings, partner with the long‐form & commercial team on branded shoots and key SB events where the Founder Storytelling team are essential attendees
    • Oversee travel, kit, shoot prep, post‐production timelines, and risk mitigation to ensure readiness at all times
  • Team Culture and Performance
    • Set the standard for high performance, accountability and team cohesion across Founder Storytelling and cross functional teams across FlightStory & SB
    • Drive regular retros, performance reviews and operational improvements to unlock growth and innovation
  • Point of Communication and Escalation
    • Act as the operational bridge between SB, the PO and FS central team
    • Triage decisions and operational issues, ensuring clarity, speed and minimal duplication

  • Operational Systems: Deep knowledge of workflow tools, scheduling systems and budgeting best practices

  • International Execution: Experience running production and logistics across global locations under pressure
