YOUR MISSION
To lead the day-to-day management of Steven’s personal brand across social media platforms, ensuring high-impact storytelling that grows audience, reach, and influence. This role sits at the heart of the Founder Storytelling Team, shaping how Steven shows up online by transforming ideas, insights, and moments into compelling social content. You will be the voice behind the presence—crafting, publishing, and optimising posts that reflect our founder’s voice while driving meaningful engagement.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You’re a social-native storyteller with a sharp pen and sharp instincts. You’ve run or managed social channels at pace, know how to speak in someone else’s voice, and can turn a single idea into five formats. You’re organised, responsive, and know what good looks like on social—not just in theory, but in practice. You thrive working behind the scenes to help a founder show up powerfully and consistently online.
Day to Day
Own the daily output and execution of Steven’s social channels, maintaining consistency, tone, and timeliness.
Write high-performing, platform-native copy across formats (threads, captions, titles, hooks, etc.).
Collaborate with content creators and strategists to translate videos, thoughts, and moments into publish-ready social assets.
Monitor performance across platforms and apply insights to iterate and refine posting strategy.
Manage a dynamic posting schedule, ensuring a mix of planned, reactive, and trend-led content.
Ensure Steven’s personal brand is represented consistently and at a world-class level across all social touchpoints.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Platform Fluency – Deep knowledge of social platforms (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and how to tailor content for each.
- Writing Excellence – Exceptional copywriting skills; able to translate ideas into scroll-stopping social posts.
- Organisation & Execution – Manages calendars, assets, and comms with precision and urgency.
- Cultural Awareness – Deeply tuned into internet culture, audience behaviour, and creator trends.
- Collaboration – Works seamlessly with video creators, editors, strategists, and the founder.
- Adaptability – Thrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift daily.
Outcomes
In your first 3–6 months, Steven’s social media presence is operating at a world-class standard, with daily output across key platforms. Engagement is up, the content feels intentional and distinctive, and the process is running smoothly without needing constant oversight. You’ve earned trust, taken ownership, and become an indispensable part of the Founder Storytelling Team.
