We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a love of learning, and a genuine curiosity about people and ideas. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing, creative team and contribute to podcast content that informs and inspires a global audience.

As Junior Researcher for our Podcasts, you'll play a vital role in shaping world-class guest episodes by delivering rigorous, insightful research that fuels powerful conversations.

You'll be working across The Diary Of A CEO with Steven Bartlett , We Need To Talk with Paul C. Brunson , Begin Again with Davina McCall , Hot Smart Rich with Maggie Sellers Reum and more!

From deep-diving into a guest's story to synthesising trends and ideas, you'll turn complexity into clarity - supporting hosts, producers, and editors with briefs that are accurate, structured, and compelling.

DAY TO DAY

Guest Research: Conduct thorough, multi-source research to create high-quality briefs that inform and inspire compelling podcast conversations.

Data Analysis: Interpret research findings and audience data to extract meaningful insights that guide editorial direction.

Content Synthesis: Transform complex information - from reports, articles, interviews, and more - into clear, structured outputs for the production team

Editorial Support: Assist with tasks such as writing podcast descriptions, validating name tests, and developing guest pitch materials.

Process Optimisation: Work within established research systems while helping to improve workflows and tools as the team evolves.

AI Integration: Use AI tools to boost research efficiency, uncover insights, and elevate the quality of content produced.

Collaboration: Partner closely with the Guest Booking and Production teams to ensure alignment on storylines and episode preparation.

Continuous Learning: Stay sharp on industry trends, research techniques, and podcast formats, constantly improving your craft.

Proven research and analytical skills, with the ability to organise, interpret, and communicate complex information clearly.
