GUEST BOOKING ASSISTANT
Your Mission
To support the consistent delivery of high-quality guest bookings on The Diary of a CEO by researching, pitching, and coordinating world‑class talent—ensuring every guest aligns with the show’s blueprint and that no detail is missed across the process. This role sits at the heart of the show’s success: connecting big ideas, global talent, and cultural moments with the conversations that shape the world.
Day To Day
- Research and pitch culturally relevant, high‑impact guest talent that aligns with The Diary of a CEO’s audience and brand.
- Manage end‑to‑end guest logistics, including outreach, scheduling, briefing, travel, gifting, and paperwork.
- Track guest performance and trends, feeding insights into future booking decisions.
- Source and maintain contact lists for talent, agents, and publicists.
- Support team admin—managing release forms, booking taxis, hotels, and flights.
- Keep decks and guest trackers updated, and proactively suggest fresh guest ideas.
- Stay deeply aware of global news, digital trends, and cultural shifts that could shape upcoming bookings.
