ROLE MISSION
This is a high-trust role working hand in glove with the founder—one of the most visible entrepreneurs and media personalities in the world. Your mission: build and run a world‑class founder communications programme that strengthens his reputation, expands his influence internationally, and ensures he walks into every interview, stage, partnership and public moment exceptionally prepared. It sits at the intersection of traditional media relations, founder communications, reputation management and modern creator‑led influence. You’ll be the day‑to‑day comms lead for the founder and own the lot: media strategy and profile building across business, technology, entrepreneurship, and culture; briefing and preparation for every external moment; reputation and issues management; opportunity development from his network, travel and partnerships; and the systems that keep it all coordinated across the Chief of Staff, internal teams, agencies and external partners—often at pace and under pressure.
