Part‑time Opportunity – Immediate Start

The successful applicant will handle the fulfilment of online orders, manage goods in and out of stock, and serve customers via telephone and in‑store in a multi‑role, high‑energy environment.

Working structure

3 days between Monday – Friday, 9–5 pm excluding bank holidays.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Pick online orders throughout the day.
  • Process orders online.
  • Pack online orders professionally for smooth parcel handling.
  • Manage the handling of goods in and from supplier deliveries.
  • Work on the shop floor to maintain stock levels, cleanliness and serve customers.
  • Handle telephone enquiries, offering sales and technical advice.
  • Participate in events and exhibitions during summer, and work occasional weekend off‑site events.
  • What we need from you
  • Experience with both traditional and online customer interaction.
  • PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn bespoke AERO website software and the Shopify platform (training provided).
  • Good educational skills in English and Maths.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and work alongside a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a high‑energy multi‑role environment.
  • Physically fit, strong and ready to meet the demands of the job.
  • A commitment to upholding safety and operational excellence.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
