Part‑time Opportunity – Immediate Start
The successful applicant will handle the fulfilment of online orders, manage goods in and out of stock, and serve customers via telephone and in‑store in a multi‑role, high‑energy environment.
Working structure
3 days between Monday – Friday, 9–5 pm excluding bank holidays.
- What you’ll be doing
- Pick online orders throughout the day.
- Process orders online.
- Pack online orders professionally for smooth parcel handling.
- Manage the handling of goods in and from supplier deliveries.
- Work on the shop floor to maintain stock levels, cleanliness and serve customers.
- Handle telephone enquiries, offering sales and technical advice.
- Participate in events and exhibitions during summer, and work occasional weekend off‑site events.
- What we need from you
- Experience with both traditional and online customer interaction.
- PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to learn bespoke AERO website software and the Shopify platform (training provided).
- Good educational skills in English and Maths.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and work alongside a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a high‑energy multi‑role environment.
- Physically fit, strong and ready to meet the demands of the job.
- A commitment to upholding safety and operational excellence.
