This vacancy available for an immediate start is a full time opportunity.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the fulfilment of online orders, handling goods in and serving customers on both the telephone and in our physical store working in a multi role high energy environment.

  • Monday - Friday , 9 -5pm excluding bank holidays

What you’ll be doing

• Working with a team to

  • Pick the online orders throughout each day
  • Process Orders Online
  • Pack the online orders professionally ensuring smooth and efficient parcel handling
  • Manage the handling of goods in and out from supplier deliveries
  • Working on the shop floor to maintain stock levels, cleanliness and serving customers
  • Handle telephone enquiries and offer sales and technical advice.
  • During summer Flightstore participate in events and exhibitions and you will be required to work some weekends off site at these events.

What we need from you

  • Experience of both traditional and online interaction with customers
  • PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes especially Excel and Word and Outlook email
  • Ability to learn our bespoke AERO website software and the Shopify platform. (Training will be provided)
  • Good educational skills in English and Maths.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and work alongside a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a high-energy multi role environment.
  • Physically fit, strong and ready to meet the demands of the job.
  • A commitment to upholding safety and operational excellence.
  • Right to Work in the UK: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
