Flightline Aviation is an established aircraft brokerage with a strong track record across the piston and turboprop markets, and a growing presence in business jet and helicopter transactions throughout the UK and Europe. We are selectively looking to onboard experienced aircraft brokers with existing networks who want to operate under a recognised, professional platform without running their own standalone brokerage.
This role is also suitable for experienced aviation industry professionals who already broker aircraft alongside another role and want the support, structure and brand backing of an established brokerage to do this more effectively. Experience in piston and turboprop aircraft is highly relevant, with additional exposure to jets and/or helicopters considered a strong advantage.
This is a commission-only role designed for proven performers looking to focus on high-quality transactions with the backing of an established brand.
The role
This is an autonomous, commission-only brokerage role focused on the sale and acquisition of aircraft under the Flightline Aviation brand. You will operate as an individual contributor, responsible for originating, managing and closing your own transactions, while working within Flightline’s established brand, systems and operating framework. This role is not a management position. It is designed for experienced professionals who want to focus on deal-making, client relationships and closing transactions, rather than running a standalone business.
While you retain autonomy over your own deals, you will also have the support of the wider Flightline team, including assistance with marketing, valuations, administration, contracts and transaction progression. The aim is to make deals smoother, more professional and easier to execute, without removing your ownership of the client relationship.
This role is right for you if you:
- Are already active in aircraft sales and/or acquisitions, or operate within the aviation industry with an existing network
- Have established relationships with aircraft owners, buyers, operators or industry contacts
- Are comfortable working on a commission-only basis
- Prefer autonomy and responsibility over corporate hierarchy
- Want to operate under a recognised aviation brand rather than building your own standalone brokerage
- Value professional support, structure and standards around you
This role is not for you if you:
- Are new to aircraft brokerage or the aviation industry
- Require a basic salary, guaranteed income or employment benefits
- Want to build or continue operating a separate brokerage brand alongside ours
What Flightline provides:
- A recognised and trusted aviation brokerage brand
- Central CRM, buyer database and structured deal tracking
- Full marketing support, including social media promotion, professional photography, video, listings, digital exposure and events
- Global aircraft listing distribution across all major international sales platforms, supported by Flightline’s existing aviation platform subscriptions
- Aircraft valuation and pricing support informed by market data
- Contract templates, legal frameworks and transaction processes
- Administrative and transaction support throughout the deal lifecycle
- Ongoing support from the wider Flightline team to help progress deals efficiently and professionally
- Strong presence at major aviation events throughout the year, with opportunities to be involved in events, client meetings and brand representation if desired
- Optional access to Flightline’s offices at Manston Airport, Kent, UK
Commercial structure
- Commission-only role
- Competitive commission split on completed transactions
- Paid on a deal-by-deal basis
- No basic salary or guaranteed income
- No retainer and no cap
Full commercial details will be discussed confidentially with suitable candidates.
