- Type Rated First Officers - 500 hours on Airbus A320 with valid A320 IR
- Non Type-Rated First Officer - 500 hours on aircraft with MTOW >50,000 kg AND Business ME Jets >20,000 kg and valid instrument rating on ANY multi-engine aircraft type
- Date of last commercial flight within the preceding 6 months preferred (not mandatory)
