Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an In-House Solicitor. You will manage airline passenger compensation claims under EU Regulation 261/2004 (EC261) and UK261, including preparing, issuing, and conducting court proceedings. Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting legal documents
  • Advising on litigation strategy
  • Ensuring compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
  • Managing disputes with airlines
  • Providing legal support across the business

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
  • Experience conducting civil litigation and submitting claims through the UK courts
  • Strong knowledge of EU Regulation 261/2004 (EC261), UK261, and the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
  • Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in aviation law, consumer rights, or high-volume litigation is an advantage
