Mission
To lead and elevate the visual identity of FlightStory’s shows, brands and products across all platforms and formats. Embedding design excellence, authority, speed of execution and AI innovation into every touchpoint. You will ensure that every show, brand, product and campaign we build is at the leading-edge of design. Scaling FlightStory’s creative output while pushing the boundaries of what design can do in the age of AI. Your work will shape the visual culture of the most ambitious creators, media, products and brands in the world.
Outcomes
- Distinctive, World-Class IP Design Across All Shows and Campaigns
- Create and own visual identities for all FlightStory original shows and products, ensuring consistency across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Instagram, Web).
- Lead the art direction of brand partnerships, commercial campaigns, and internal materials from brief to execution.
- Define and maintain a flexible design system that reflects each IP’s purpose and audience while remaining scalable.
- AI-Integrated, Scalable Design Workflows

London, Shoreditch OR Manchester - we are an in-person-first culture and believe in fostering a vibrant and work environment centred around connection and community.
