We are a media company and investment fund, and we’re on a mission to elevate the stories, build the communities, and support the founders that inspire a happier, healthier humanity. We scale creator-led new media IP and operate an investment fund and venture studio.

Mission:

Drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue for FlightStory Creator Ventures products through high-impact marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in launching and scaling products, ensuring they cut through, reach the right audiences, and deliver commercial success. Success comes from deeply understanding our creators - their audiences, their influence, and what makes their brands resonate - so that every marketing move feels authentic and impactful. Responsible for leading multi-channel campaigns, shaping product narratives, and identifying key opportunities to maximise impact, this role creates campaigns that spark conversation, build real connections, and drive measurable business impact.

Outcomes:

Audience growth & engagement: Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive audience acquisition, engagement, and retention across FlightStory’s product ecosystem

Go-to-market excellence: Lead product launch strategies that maximise visibility, ensure strong positioning, and drive sustained demand

Multi-channel campaign execution & orchestration: Oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of integrated campaigns to optimise reach, engagement, and revenue impact

Audience & creator connection: Leverage audience and creator insights to build marketing strategies that drive deeper engagement, brand affinity, and commercial impact

Revenue & commercial impact: Build marketing initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth, leveraging campaign performance data to drive commercial success

Experimentation & optimisation: Drive a culture of test-and-learn, using data and analytics to refine marketing strategies, improve performance, and identify new opportunities that drive impact

Seamless cross-team collaboration: Work across creators, product, channel owners, and beyond to align marketing efforts and deliver high-impact campaigns
