Mission
To deliver innovative, high-quality design across FlightStory’s original IP, products, campaigns, brand partnerships, and assets with speed, accuracy, and creative flair.
As Junior Designer, your job is to turn briefs into instinctive and beautifully crafted assets that move the needle and meet the highest design standards. You’ll support the team cross-functionally, across multiple formats, from social to decks to motion-prep files. You’ll be highly confident in using and learning AI design tools that help us work smarter and faster every day.
Outcomes
High-Quality Asset Creation Across Platforms
- Consistently deliver polished assets across social, YouTube, decks, presentations, optimised for the platform and aligned to brand.
- Adapt and roll out existing creative concepts into final artwork files.
- Prepare design files correctly for video and animation handoffs
Fast, Flexible Creative Support for Campaigns and Shows
- Support the Creative and Commercial Teams with fast-turnaround visuals, decks, mock-ups, and brand partner assets.

AI-Enabled Design Workflow Contribution
