Mission

Craft and scale a world-class personal brand that builds trust, inspires action, and amplifies cultural influence across platforms. You’ll transform raw moments into magnetic stories sharpening the public voice of a globally influential founder and building a narrative architecture that unlocks long-term brand and business value.

Outcomes

Develop short-form and long-form content tailored for each platform, capturing the founder’s values, voice, and vision.

Transform speeches, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage into emotionally engaging, shareable content.

Build and maintain a distinct and recognisable founder brand across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.

Support the creation of tone, visual identity, and narrative frameworks that drive strong audience connection and long-term brand equity.

Continuously test content hooks, formats, and storytelling structures to improve engagement, retention, and shareability.

Leverage data, AI tools, and cultural insights to optimise content performance while maintaining authenticity.

Collaborate with producers, social strategists, writers, and brand teams to align personal storytelling with broader business goals, IP, and product narratives.

Oversee post-production across video, copy, and motion graphics to ensure all content meets high standards for both performance and emotional impact.

Work closely with the Chief of Staff and the founder’s personal publicist to align content strategy and manage approvals.
