The mission of this role is to make Behind The Diary one of the most watched, compelling, and emotionally resonant behind-the-scenes content series in the world. As the Creative Producer, you will manage the entire production process, from logistics and timelines to shaping the final edit. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver content that strengthens community connection, enhances brand value, and drives the full potential of this IP across YouTube and other platforms.
Responsibilities
- You will manage the full weekly production schedule, including pre-shoot planning, shoot logistics, studio bookings, travel arrangements, and coordination with DOAC and FlightStory. Ensuring episodes are produced and published on time is essential.
- You will work with footage to identify emotional moments and strong narrative arcs, contributing directly to story structure in collaboration with the Lead Filmmaker and Founder.
- You will analyse performance data and apply insights to improve YouTube titles, thumbnails, structure, and viewer retention.
- You will ensure every episode meets DOAC’s high standards of quality, pacing, and creativity, while building scalable systems that support efficient production.
