The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

You will be the primary point of contact for airlines, lessors, and fleet operators seeking heavy maintenance, modifications, storage, deliveries, redeliveries and transitions solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, promote and maintain long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and develop new MRO heavy maintenance business opportunities, focusing on airframe checks, modifications, storage, redeliveries.
  • Understand and assess customer requirements, preparing tailored proposals, presentations, and quotations for heavy maintenance services.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable outcomes.
  • Coordinate internally with operations, planning, and engineering teams to deliver seamless service from initial inquiry through project completion.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings within the aviation MRO market.
  • Represent our client at aviation trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience within aviation MRO, heavy maintenance, or related aerospace sectors and strong technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance cycles, heavy checks, airframe overhaul, modifications, deliveries, redeliveries and transitions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  • English C1 level required (native speaker will be a plus).
