We are seeking a regional Venue Maintenance Engineer to join our Venue Operations Team. This role involves maintaining and repairing our venue\’s fabric and systems, with a focus on HVAC systems. The successful candidate will manage facilities across Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds, with travel as needed. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs across multiple sites, including plumbing, electrical, and building fabric. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, providing effective solutions. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safety and longevity of equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Document maintenance activities accurately. Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and management. Maintain tools and equipment in safe condition. Travel regularly between sites and occasionally across the UK. Skills & Experience Proven experience in general maintenance. HVAC knowledge is advantageous. Attention to detail and safety compliance. Effective time management and ability to work independently. Basic IT skills for documentation. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Skills in plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. Problem-solving abilities. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering. Experience in multi-site maintenance roles.
