The Role
The Retail Marketing Manager will work actively to deliver effective marketing strategies and campaigns that drive profitable sales, across leisure and business brands. This role is responsible for the implementation, optimisation of Flight Centre campaigns, local store marketing, and events - including planning, production, implementation and reporting.
Experience
- 5+ years marketing experience
- Previous experience in the travel industry – highly desirable
- Previous experience in B2B marketing – highly desirable
- Previous experience of end-to-end campaign ownership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication, collaboration skills and techniques, to influence key partners
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
