The PR and Communications Manager EMEA will lead the strategic development and hands-on execution of the Corporate PR strategy across EMEA. This role will also act as the strategic leader of our global FCM PR strategy. Within the region, you will leverage your experience in media relations, public affairs and senior stakeholder management to build, drive and deliver media and communication strategies for FCTG's Corporate Travel brands across EMEA.

The Role: As the global strategic lead of the FCM business, you will lead the direction and guide the regional execution of our PR goals across the FCM business. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders and colleagues across the globe and bring strong journalistic connections to the business.
- Regional Strategy: Responsible for the regional development, customisation and execution of comprehensive communications strategies and programs that position our corporate brands as leaders in their segment. Ensure coverage across key strategic themes in prioritised channels as identified in collaboration with the business.
- Regional Execution: Through a blend of proactive and reactive initiatives, coordinate the delivery of agreed PR activities by owning the narrative tied to each of our brands. Work across countries and partner with agencies where appropriate to ensure consistent execution across the EMEA region.
- Global FCM Strategy: Work with global stakeholders to align on a clear PR strategy for FCM to reinforce our âalternativeâ positioning and drive the amplification of strategic messages designed to support the business to better win and retain customers. Drive consistency of execution across all regions. Be a central point of contact for senior FCM stakeholders.
- Communications: As required, support the creation and execution of communications activities designed to address internal, crisis and customer communication needs.
About You: Public Relations or related degree or qualification - Essential. 6+ years in similar PR and Communications function - Essential. B2B and Multi-country/region experience - Desirable.
