Opportunity

Flight Centre is a fast paced, growth focused, high performing organisation. Supply is the commercial heart of our business. This role will be a dedicated resource to the Supply Business, helping drive value across the UK and Europe. The core responsibilities for the Management Account are Trial Balance Production, protecting the business through strong financial controls, and driving performance through regular reporting and reforecasting. Business partnering is a key element of this role.

Responsibilities

• Trial Balance Production and month‑end close, including posting journals. • Reporting, financial controls, and forecasting. • Delivering ad‑hoc commercial analysis and reporting to maximise Supply profitability. • Leading process improvement, streamlining, and automation initiatives. • Engaging in regular business partnering with stakeholders.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need to possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, a strong focus on month‑end close, reporting, financial controls, and forecasting. A passion for process improvement and the ability to streamline and automate processes are essential.
