The Consultant role is to work as part of a team to meet all customers' travel requirements, utilising Flight Centre’s preferred product & suppliers. This includes maximising quote to booking conversions and building a sustainable customer portfolio through outstanding customer experience and service levels.

  • Able to juggle several responsibilities competently
  • Focus on monthly KPI targets and driving towards them
  • Be able to communicate with team members and work together in close proximity
  • Able to use initiative and self-motivation to reach targets and exceed expectations
  • Ability to think ‘outside the box’ and to control situations that may arise
  • Be able to process lots of information accurately and ensure invoicing is correct
  • Be able to think about why things change and look upon changes positively
  • Continually upskills and learns in their relevant discipline (destination expertise, airfare expertise, complex airfares, premium cabins, group travel etc.)
  • Passionate about our company and our philosophies
  • Be able to build relationships and be professional at all times

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales
  • Proven track record in individual sales
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent
