The Technical Deployment Manager is responsible for coordinating the deployment and hyper-care support of corporate technology products and projects within EMEA, covering Equity and the Partner Network. This role requires a candidate with strong operational and technical expertise, the ability to follow a global deployment framework, and a solid understanding of Flight Centre corporate brands. The Technical Deployment Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful end-to-end deployment of technology solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage corporate technology migration and deployment requirements, partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop detailed technical run sheets and integrate them into end-to-end deployment plans.
- Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), contributing to impact assessments and deployment strategy.
- Oversee technical deployment activities, including system configuration, testing, and execution.
- Facilitate cutover activities and calls, driving accountability and ensuring smooth implementation.
- Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and progress updates clearly to stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Plan and lead go-live and post-deployment hypercare activities, ensuring support structures and BAU transition processes are in place.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to support successful delivery.
- Ensure adherence to deployment frameworks, best practices, and agile methodologies while supporting enhancements and partner onboarding initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, refining processes, and fostering a solution-focused, accountable culture.
