About the role

The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for the end to end technical delivery of the M&E Single Operating Model programme, ensuring all technical workstreams are planned, coordinated, and executed to schedule and to the required standard. The primary focus of the role is the delivery of the integration between our M&E operational booking platform and Dynamics, and the associated finance systems development, working closely with the Integration Tech Lead, Senior Integration Developer, and Finance Systems technical team. The role also coordinates technical dependencies across wider Corporate Technology teams including Content & Workflow, Platform Services, Data, and Reporting, acting as the central point of accountability for technical delivery across the programme.

About You

You’re an experienced Technical Delivery Manager or Programme Delivery professional with a proven track record of delivering complex technology initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders. Ideally, you've worked within corporate travel, Meetings & Events, or another multi-system technology environment. You have strong Agile delivery experience, including managing teams through Azure DevOps, and are confident overseeing delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and governance. You work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to turn requirements into successful delivery outcomes. A strong communicator and relationship builder, you can engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. You thrive in fast-paced, global environments, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivery and customer value.

You'll bring:

  • Proven technical delivery or programme management experience.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum delivery expertise and Azure DevOps experience.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong prioritisation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • A self-driven, collaborative, and accountable approach.

Nice to have:

  • Experience integrating operational platforms with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Experience within corporate travel, Meetings & Events, or related technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of finance, invoicing, or back-office systems.
  • A degree in Technology, Finance, or a related field.

You'll be comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones, with flexibility to travel internationally when required.
