About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and creative Retail Marketing Executive to help drive profitable growth across our leisure and business travel brands. Reporting to the Head of Marketing UK, you'll play a key role in planning, delivering, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns, local store marketing initiatives, and events.

You'll own campaign execution from brief to reporting, working closely with retail teams, product specialists, and global marketing colleagues to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys balancing strategy, creativity, and project management in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across retail and business travel brands.
  • Coordinate local store marketing activity across the UK network.
  • Manage campaign timelines, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Support the planning and delivery of events that drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate with digital, CRM, social media, and product teams to maximise campaign effectiveness.

About You

You're an organised and commercially minded marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • B2B marketing experience (highly desirable).
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including copywriting.
  • The ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience analysing campaign performance.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Travel industry experience is a bonus, but not essential.
