About the role

As our Product Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing exciting travel products and campaigns to life. Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to load, manage, and promote exclusive travel packages across our website and agent network. In this role, you will:

  • Load and maintain travel packages, promotions, and website content
  • Ensure product pricing, availability, and booking flows are accurate across web and mobile platforms
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and product launches
  • Monitor product performance and provide regular reporting and insights
  • Maintain agent booking guides, communications, and support materials
  • Assist agents with product-related queries and escalations
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to support product development

About you

You’re an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for the travel industry. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy problem-solving, and are confident managing multiple priorities while delivering a high standard of work. You’ll bring:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Product, Supply, or similar role within the travel industry
  • Strong knowledge of travel products and product support processes
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with agents, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Confidence working with computer systems and learning new platforms quickly (GDS experience preferred)
  • A positive attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines
