About the role
We’re looking for an Operational Onboarding Specialist to join our Operational Onboarding team and play a key role in delivering seamless onboarding experiences for new and existing clients across European equity markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes. Working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure operational readiness, support testing and go-live activities, and continuously improve onboarding processes. As part of a collaborative and delivery-focused team, you’ll contribute to building efficient, scalable onboarding practices that support business growth and client success.
What you’ll do
- Manage the end-to-end operational onboarding setup for new clients entering EU equity markets, working closely with Client Implementation Managers (CIMs).
- Support operational onboarding activities for existing clients expanding into additional EU equity markets.
- Coordinate and execute testing activities across operational workflows and systems to ensure successful client go-live outcomes.
- Partner with CIMs and TIMs to support Hypercare activities and resolve onboarding-related operational issues.
- Develop and maintain onboarding process documentation and contribute ideas to optimise and streamline existing ways of working.
- Communicate onboarding requirements, testing plans, and operational instructions across internal and regional stakeholder groups.
- Ensure onboarding activities are delivered accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
About you
You’re a highly organised operational professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes and delivering a great client experience. You’re comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and maintaining strong attention to detail.
You’ll bring:
- Strong knowledge of FCM operations (essential).
- Experience working with operational onboarding, implementation, or client delivery processes.
- Knowledge of systems including Amadeus (GDS), Dynamics, Protas, Viaxio and Compleat (desirable).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- The ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
