About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Online Systems Deployment Team Manager to lead the successful deployment of corporate travel technology solutions across the EMEA region. This is a highly visible leadership role combining people management, technical expertise, and project delivery.

You'll lead a team of deployment specialists responsible for implementing and optimising Online Booking Tools (OBTs) and related corporate technology platforms. Working closely with internal stakeholders and business leaders, you'll ensure deployments are delivered on time, to a high standard, and aligned with strategic objectives, while continually driving process improvements and automation opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technical deployment specialists.
  • Manage the deployment of Online Booking Tools and corporate technology solutions across EMEA.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Provide expert guidance on OBT configurations, integrations, and optimisation.
  • Drive automation initiatives and operational efficiencies across deployment processes.
  • Create development plans and skills matrices to support team growth.
  • Analyse performance data and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

You're a people-focused leader with strong technical knowledge of corporate travel technology and a proven ability to deliver successful projects in a fast-paced environment. You thrive on developing others, solving complex challenges, and driving continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience leading and developing teams, ideally within corporate travel or travel technology.
  • Strong knowledge of Online Booking Tools (OBTs), online travel platforms, and deployment processes.
  • Experience working in a systems, specialist technology, or implementation-focused role.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical abilities.
  • Experience driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • The resilience and adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience within Flight Centre Travel Group and/or Corporate Brands is advantageous.
