About the Role
This is your opportunity to take ownership of a high-value client portfolio and play a pivotal role in shaping long-term partnerships. As a Key Customer Success Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of key Corporate Traveller clients, focusing on retention, growth, and strategic engagement. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, using insight, innovation, and expertise to deliver value, strengthen relationships, and position Corporate Traveller as a true partner in your clients’ success.
- Proactively manage and engage a portfolio of key clients, building strong, multi-level relationships
- Lead quarterly strategic reviews, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and long-term partnership success
- Drive client retention (95%+) through regular health checks, risk mitigation, and forward planning
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities, expanding product usage and increasing revenue across your portfolio
- Champion adoption of digital tools and platforms, ensuring clients maximise the full offering
- Provide expert guidance on policy, risk, Duty of Care, and travel programme optimisation
- Partner cross-functionally to continuously enhance the client experience and unlock new value
