About the role

As our Healthwise UK/Europe Executive, you’ll lead the delivery and growth of our wellbeing programme—ensuring our people can access impactful services, events, and initiatives that support both physical and mental health. You’ll design and implement wellbeing strategies aligned to business goals, driving engagement across the region while ensuring strong operational governance, budget management, and performance tracking. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to embed wellbeing into the employee experience, continuously improving offerings through data insights, feedback, and market trends. This is a highly visible role where you’ll shape a positive wellbeing culture, build strong internal and external partnerships, and ensure every employee has a consistent, high-quality Healthwise experience.

About you

You’re a proactive and commercially aware wellbeing professional with a passion for creating meaningful impact at scale. You bring:

  • Proven experience in health & wellbeing, HR, or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Confidence working with data—turning insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering against KPIs
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A strategic mindset, balanced with hands-on delivery

You’re adaptable, forward-thinking, and motivated by improving employee wellbeing while driving measurable business outcomes. You’re also comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment where collaboration and innovation are key.
